Know Your Rules Before You Play

To register and use ph465, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph465 does not permit accounts for individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. Access from outside the Philippines may result in restricted functionality.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own personal details. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order. If you have previously self-excluded from ph465, do not attempt to re-register without following the proper re-entry process.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph465 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension pending review.

When you register a ph465 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

One account per player: Each individual is permitted one ph465 account only. Duplicate accounts, whether intentional or otherwise, will be merged or closed at ph465's discretion, and any balance in duplicate accounts may be voided.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This requires submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, UMID, Driver's Licence). ph465 may request additional documentation for higher-value transactions or where identity cannot be confirmed from initial submission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. ph465 staff will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to support immediately.

All financial transactions on ph465 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) only. The following payment terms apply:

• Accepted deposit methods: Philippine bank transfer (InstaPay, PESONet), mobile banking apps from major Philippine banks, and local Philippine e-wallet services. The specific channels available to your account are shown within your account's deposit section once logged in.
• Not accepted: Credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency of any kind are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals on ph465. Any attempted payment via these methods will not be credited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are shown at the time of transaction within your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered to your verified identity. Withdrawals cannot be sent to a third-party account.
• ph465 may request verification of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• ph465 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's own processing schedules.

Any funds deposited through means not listed as accepted channels will be held pending review and may be returned minus any applicable transaction fees incurred by ph465.

All games available on ph465 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo — are subject to the following fair play rules:

• Game outcomes: Digital games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games use genuine physical game elements (real cards, real wheels) streamed from professional studios. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
• Software and automation: The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to place bets, collect data, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.

• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game result, ph465 reserves the right to void all bets from the affected session and refund stakes. No compensation beyond the original stake will be provided for system errors.
• ph465 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the close of the betting window, or placed in circumstances where the outcome was already determined.

ph465 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, or other incentive programmes from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, applicable games, minimum deposit requirements if any, wagering or turnover requirements, and expiry conditions. These are published with the specific promotion and form part of these Terms.
• Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. ph465 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw promotional benefits if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed return, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional mechanics rather than engage with the platform as a genuine player.
• ph465 does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time. Offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Where a bonus amount is credited to your account, it may only be used in accordance with the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met, if one applies.

ph465 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following applies to all accounts:

• ph465 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Players are encouraged to set deposit limits within their account settings to manage spending. These tools are available once you are logged in to your ph465 account.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or collusion with other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, or cheating tools.
• Registering below the required age of 21.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, ph465 may void all pending bets and retain any balance associated with the breach. Legitimate funds not implicated in the breach may be returned at ph465's discretion following investigation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements and any outstanding transactions must be resolved.

ph465 collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and improving the platform experience. ph465 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ph465 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ph465 after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your options.
